Norwegian-Iranian artist Amanda Delara has once again captivated audiences with her latest release “Volare”. Within the first day of its release, the song has already reached 100,000 streams and made it to the top 20 chart on Spotify in Norway.
“Volare” showcases Delara’s unique blend of musical influences, with the majority of the song being in English, but also featuring a few lines in Persian. One notable line in Persian is “migam merci ke dobare roz didim” which translates to “I say thanks for seeing another day”. The infusion of the Persian language adds a richer layer of cultural depth to the song, further highlighting Delara’s heritage and cultural influences.
This is not the first time Delara has drawn inspiration from her Persian background. In her debut album “Shahrazad”, released in 2023, listeners can find traces of Persian influences throughout the album.
With “Volare,” Amanda Delara once again proves herself to be a rising star in the Norwegian music scene and beyond, showcasing her talent and creativity with each new release.
